When visitors leave comments/reviews on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments/reviews form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.


Contact forms:

We require the following information to process an enquiry through our contact form: name, company name, email address, telephone number and message. Any information provided within the message will be used to resolve the enquiry.

Pulsar Developments will share your order data (name and delivery address) with reputable couriers to fulfil the requested service.


To make payment for your order placed on our website, we will transfer you to Stripe’s payment website. These payment gateways require us to send your order data to them to process your payment.


How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment/review on our website, the comment/review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments/reviews automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

 For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 If you leave us a message via our Contact Form, we will keep your message until it has been resolved.

 If you have an account with credit terms and have placed an order with us, we will keep your data for 7 years to comply with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).


What rights you have over your data:

If you have an account on our website, or have left comments/reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you from our website.
