Comments/Reviews:

When visitors leave comments/reviews on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments/reviews form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

Contact forms:

We require the following information to process an enquiry through our contact form: name, company name, email address, telephone number and message. Any information provided within the message will be used to resolve the enquiry.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment/review on our website, the comment/review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments/reviews automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

 For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 If you leave us a message via our Contact Form, we will keep your message until it has been resolved.

 If you have an account with credit terms and have placed an order with us, we will keep your data for 7 years to comply with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
